Description:

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the organization, ensuring they align with the companys strategic goals. With a focus on Angular and Java technologies, the candidate will manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables in a hybrid work model. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes. This person will be responsible for leading and coordinating with a team of 10 offshore members.

Skills:

5+ years of experience in full stack development using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and RESTful APIs.

Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like rally, Confluence, and Git.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end components for the myPBM platform.

Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features aligned with business goals.

Implement APIs and microservices to support client onboarding, benefit plan configuration, and audit management workflows.

Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration/deployment activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.

Contribute to the automation of client provisioning, document center enhancements, and user feedback-driven improvements.
