About the Role:

As our Managing DVM, you'll take the lead both medically and operationally-guiding our care standards, mentoring associates, and helping shape our practice's future. If you're a confident, forward-thinking vet with a passion for surgery, dentistry, and empowering your team, we'd love to meet you.

Essential Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to small animal patients

Perform surgeries and dental procedures confidently

Interpret diagnostics and develop treatment plans

Build strong client relationships and foster team culture

Maintain thorough medical records and ensure compliance

Lead with integrity and inspire a positive, team-driven clinic environment Requirements/Qualifications

DVM from an AVMA-accredited institution

Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain)

DEA license eligibility

Strong communicator with a kind, professional demeanor

Team-first leadership mentality

Pay Range

USD $120,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
