Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Handling touch-freight tasks, which may involve lifting, moving, or carrying products weighing over 75 lbs.
Conducting pre-inspections of the truck, loading materials, and verifying load accuracy.
Alerting branch management of any potential hazards on-site.
Establishing job parameters and inspecting sites to maintain a safe environment for loading and unloading.
Communicating regularly with dispatch to ensure timely product deliveries.
Adhering to all DOT and company safety procedures, always wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
What You Bring to the Table:
Must be at least 21 years old.
NCCCO Certification is mandatory.
Must possess a valid Class A or B CDL license in good standing.
At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
Experience operating heavy equipment and driving a manual transmission truck.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
