We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our digital records, working closely with different departments to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

Accurately input and update data in internal systems and databases

Review documents for errors and inconsistencies

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Organize and file physical and digital records

Assist with generating reports and data summaries

Communicate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues

Qualifications

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent typing speed and accuracy
