Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties
Verify compliance with energy codes and green building standards
Document inspection findings and prepare reports
Communicate findings to project managers, builders, and homeowners
Provide recommendations for energy efficiency improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in residential energy efficiency, green building, or a related field
Knowledge of energy codes and green building standards
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
