We are seeking a dedicated data entry clerk to regularly update our organization's databases. The data entry clerk will communicate and follow up with both employees and customers to gather necessary information. This role involves accurately capturing data into the appropriate databases in a timely fashion. You will also identify and rectify errors, promptly notifying relevant individuals when needed.

Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:
Collecting invoices, statements, reports, personal information, documents, and data from staff, various departments, and clients.
Reviewing information to pinpoint pertinent details.
Fixing errors and arranging the information in a way that facilitates quick and precise data entry.
Producing precise spreadsheets.
Inputting and refreshing data in the relevant databases.
Making sure data is backed up.
Alerting relevant parties about any errors encountered.
Organizing hard copies of data for efficient retrieval.
Managing additional responsibilities as needed.
Data Entry Clerk Requirements:
High school diploma.
At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
Strong command of the English language.
Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capability to maintain focus for extended periods and perform tasks accurately and quickly.
Skilled in touch typing.
