Metro is looking for an experienced full time Occupational Therapist to split their time between our Mystic, CT clinic & our Westerly, RI clinic. Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!
*Must have a valid CT & RI license, or willing to obtain one.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one treatment
Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs of occupational treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent occupational dysfunction in patients.
Custom Splint Fabrication for Patients
Perform and document an initial exam, evaluating the data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention.
Develop and guide plans of care which encourage compliance and produce the best results for your patients.
Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit.
Must be willing to treat all ages and have sensory integration experience.

Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
CT & RI Occupational Therapy License or eligible
1+ years of practicing OT experience
Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid
