Key Responsibilities and Duties
Process and manage all annual service contracts including invoicing, purchase order matching, and ERP entry
Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, and supporting documentation
Ensure timely monthly invoicing to support revenue goals
Communicate with customers to facilitate contract renewals and resolve service-related inquiries
Use CRM tools to update work orders and customer data accurately
Coordinate with sales and service teams to collect purchase orders and identify upsell opportunities
Invoice customers for billable service calls and renewals
Ensure compliance with company policies and contract standards
Requirements:
Work Hours: Ability to work a consistent 30-hour schedule between 6 AM and 6 PM
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
