We’re seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of data center projects — from early-stage design through construction and commissioning. This is a high-impact role in a mission-critical industry, offering the opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure projects with a top-tier team.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the full lifecycle of data center projects: planning, design, construction, and closeout
Lead design development from Basis of Design through construction drawings
Oversee day-to-day site execution and ensure construction progresses according to plan
Coordinate with developers, general contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders
Manage the fit-out of data halls, including electrical systems, HACs, fiber, cat6, PDUs, busways, and server cabinets
Track project costs, schedule, and progress, and provide regular status reports to executive leadership
Handle submittals, RFIs, installations, and commissioning milestones across multiple sites

Define and track deliverables from multiple parties, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Monitor project cost, schedule, progress, and scope, providing regular health reports.
Assemble and optimize design teams by leveraging internal expertise and strategic procurement of external partners.
Coordinate ongoing meetings with site developers, Data Center vendors, general contractors and individuals for onsite;
Expertise from an engineering perspective for construction, commissioning and closeout;
Oversee Submittals and Request for Information (RFIs) or questions on engineering from the site developer / general contractor;
Track and report on key engineering submittals, deliveries, installations and commissioning references to schedule and meet milestones
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
7+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects (data center experience preferred)
Background in high-power infrastructure such as data centers, hospitals, labs, fabs, substations, or manufacturing facilities is acceptable
Strong knowledge of construction principles, scheduling, and project planning
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Professional licensure (PE, NCARB, RA) strongly preferred
