CNC Machinist/Programmer

CNC Machinist – All Experience Levels Welcome

Location: Denver, CO

Pay Range: $25 – $50/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Multiple shifts available (Days, Nights, Weekends)

A well-established and growing precision manufacturing company in Denver, CO is hiring CNC Machinists and Programmers.

This is a clean, organized facility with updated machines, a supportive team, and strong ties to aerospace, defense, and commercial industries. The company provides training for those who are earlier in their career and offers room for advancement as you gain more experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes depending on experience)

Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

Perform basic offsets and edits as needed

Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality

Collaborate with leads and teammates to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

Prior experience in a machine shop

Comfortable working with hand tools and measuring equipment

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Dependable and safety-conscious with a good work ethic

Preferred But Not Required

Experience with G & M code

CNC setup experience (mills, lathes, or both)

CNC Programming experience

Familiarity with 3-axis or 5-axis machines

Aerospace, defense, or tight tolerance work experience
