We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs, conducting test drives, providing information about features and options, and negotiating pricing and financing terms. Additionally, you will cultivate long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Description of the role:
As an Automotive Sales Professional at Greenville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing the right vehicle to meet their needs. You will provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in the vehicle selection process and recommend suitable options
Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
Conduct test drives and explain the benefits of various models
Negotiate sales prices and finalize transactions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest vehicle models, pricing, and financing options
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure future business
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
Requirements:
Prior experience in automotive sales or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings and weekends
Knowledge of automotive industry trends and developments
Valid driver's license
