Position: Material Handler – Crown Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour shifts Morning shift Open availability required, weekends are mandatoryAbout the RoleSTS Staffing is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Material Handler with experience of operating Crown Stand-Up Reach forklifts. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key.As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a critical role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations — handling inventory, supporting shipping and receiving, and ensuring materials are moved safely and accurately.Key Responsibilities
Operate Crown Stand-Up Reach forklifts to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
Perform shipping and receiving tasks with precision and care.
Use RF scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.
Load and unload trucks while ensuring proper handling and placement of goods.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to optimize workflow.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of forklift experience required
Valid forklift certification (Crown Stand-Up Reach preferred)
Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control
Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
Ability to work weekends and maintain full schedule availability
Willingness to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
Background check and drug screening (including THC) required
