Coordinates and performs supply and equipment distribution for departments, maintaining efficient activity flow in assigned offices and warehouses.

Essential Functions:
Acts as a liaison to fulfill supply and equipment requests and to resolve incorrect orders, product recalls, and shipments. Communicates order status and advises of problems and delays as needed.
Assists with the receiving, sorting, preparation, and delivery of inbound and outbound shipments, packages and mail.
Manages Handheld Ordering System – maintains templates, ordering processes, policies, and procedures.
Performs data entry of equipment and supply transactions. Catalogues and organizes product for multiple departments.
Maintains inventory, monitoring expirations and placing orders as needed.
Assists with ensuring compliance, organization, and cleanliness.
Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience:
Experience with inventory management software, preferred.
