We are seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented Procurement & Inventory Manager to join our high-performing Operations & Supply Chain Team. This role is critical to driving procurement strategy, strengthening supplier relationships, optimizing inventory management, and supporting new product development.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Management
Identify and evaluate domestic and international suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery standards.
Negotiate and manage contracts, including pricing, INCOTERMS, and payment terms to secure favorable agreements.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, resolving issues promptly to ensure a reliable supply chain.
Monitor supplier quality and delivery performance; conduct quarterly business reviews.
Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks related to global sourcing.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
Analyze and manage procurement costs; implement cost-optimization strategies.
Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal departments to ensure integration with operations.
Demand Planning & Inventory Management
Use Business Central ERP to forecast material requirements and align with production needs.
Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess stock and carrying costs.
Collaborate with suppliers and third-party manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Monitor lead times and work with suppliers to improve responsiveness.
Maintain accurate material part number coding and naming conventions.
Oversee inventory cycle counts and daily inventory transactions to ensure system accuracy.
Additional Responsibilities
Lead purchasing activities for New Product Development (NPD).
Maintain a direct material cost savings funnel and approved supplier list.
Support cross-functional teams including R&D, Finance, Fulfillment, and Third-Party Manufacturing.
Perform other duties as needed to support the Supply Chain & Operations function.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in Procurement and 5 years in Inventory Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with Business Central 365 ERP strongly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, demand planning, and SharePoint.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Achieve 3–4% direct material cost savings.
Maintain 99% accuracy of finished goods inventory.
Maintain 98% accuracy in raw material cycle counts.
Physical Requirements
Transport shipping and receiving paperwork between office and warehouse.
Walk production floor to conduct inventory counts.
Occasionally lift product cases weighing up to 35 lbs.
