As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the first face of our clients' customers—answering questions, solving issues, and enabling a seamless, positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records of interactions
Meet or exceed performance metrics and client expectations
Follow company guidelines and policies
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Independent working ability and skills in time management
Courteous, patient, and professional demeanor
Working knowledge of basic computers and utilization of internet resources
Dedicating a private home workspace, working internet, and Windows 10 or later computer
Contract Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Willing to work as an independent contractor (1099)
