Our wealth management firm is seeking to expand our Client Relations team by hiring a part-time Client Administration Specialist to work approximately twenty hours per week, with potential for growth into a full-time role for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in administrative assistance or client relations, with a minimum of 3 years in the investment industry. Attention to detail is essential – familiarity with working in a detail-oriented environment with strict government regulations, while maintaining excellent soft skills, is a plus. The Client Administration Specialist will collaborate with the firm’s other employees and ownership to craft a personalized client experience and serve as their liaison, ensuring that goals are met with white-glove service. We seek someone passionate about relationships who wants to play a vital role in our clients’ journey, focusing on daily administration of client requests and wealth management tasks. This is not a contact center position but a valuable part of a small business team based in Worthington, Ohio.

As a Client Administration Specialist, you will:

Serve as the first point of contact for incoming client calls and emails.

Offer administrative guidance and support to our clients, often guiding them through the money movement and securities transfer process.

Carefully administer with the utmost care and a goal of no mistakes.

Take ownership and responsibility in all areas of your work, even as it grows.

Support the firm’s strategic goals, vision, and mission in relation to client interactions.

Execute the directions of the advisory team and firm leadership.

You will bring the following to our team:

At least 3 years of experience in the investment industry, with experience in trade execution.

Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and accuracy in executing all tasks.

A sense of ownership and accountability for your work, always following through and delivering with integrity.

A sunny disposition and a passion for building positive relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

Ability to understand complex regulations and communicate them clearly to the client.

Ability to synthesize information from different staff members and management.

The ability to interact well with client personalities from all phases of life.

An understanding of CRM software generally and MS Office Suite specifically.

A “sounds crazy, might work” attitude.
