Astera Health is seeking an Information Systems Technician to work collaboratively with the Information Technology Department.

This position is a Full-Time position scheduled at 80 hours per biweekly pay period, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with on call rotation.

Some responsibilities of the Information Systems Technician include, but are not limited to the following:

Provides general end user workstation assistance

Troubleshoot and triage helpdesk tickets and phone calls with efficiency and timeliness

Collaborate and assist IT team on projects and tickets

Participate in an on-call rotation within the department

Provide end user training for applicable systems and software

Assist users with mobile devices and telephone troubleshooting

Install low voltage infrastructure

Maintain knowledge on current end user technology Education and experience required:

High School Diploma or GED

Or combined years of relevant education and experience to perform the essential duties of this position
