Position Description:

This position will engage electric vehicle battery machine and warehouse/transportation mobile robot management and develop better production/workflow with EV battery production management team or regular production team member/management in production equipment maintenance to ensure continuous production/working flow manage, including troubleshooting, regular preventive maintenance plan execution, and equipment modification/improvement /up-grade for EV battery Machines and mobile robot.

Job Responsibilities:

Develops and applies engineering standards and procedures, and provides solutions on issues within the mobile robot engineering field

This position manages, analyses and improves mobile robot systems

Ability to install, maintain and troubleshoot power systems, control systems, and sensing systems

Communicate/translate/coordinate directly with the production department and OEM partner to coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshooting work in production areas

Docking station installation.

Mapping and route teaching, equipment docking teaching

Driving parameter setting

Single-acting verification (robot PC), linked verification (Wifi: IT control system, PIO: facility interface)

Log analysis (robot PC), characteristic data calculation and analysis reporting

Solves logic problems

Assembles a mobile robot according to manufacturer's documentation

Connects a mobile robot to its control system

Commissions a mobile robot to carry out its correct function to solve a series of practical Be responsible for incident follow-up, root cause analysis and documentation.

Document control system and equipment configuration changes.

Continuously improve mobile robot capabilities

Prepare manual and training for new team members

Other equipment maintenance and repair tasks as assigned
