SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Curriculum Developer to support an opportunity at Wright Patterson AFB in the Occupational and Environmental Health, Force Development Division (USAFSAM/OED).

POSITION OVERVIEW SECTION
The scope of this effort is to provide technical support services for the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine, Department of Occupational and Environmental Health, Force Development Division (USAFSAM/OED). Technical support involves designing, drafting, and validating distance learning and in-residence courses and supporting Utilization and Training Workshop activities and associated Career Field Education and Training Plan development and validation. Technical training materials subjects include health risk assessment, occupational and environmental health site assessment, radiological health, Bioenvironmental Engineering (BE) response operations, and other related subjects. Support will require personnel to interface with students, USAFSAM staff, 711th HPW and USAF Surgeon General Staff. All personnel supporting this task order shall be technically and professionally qualified in the application of the Air Force Instructional Systems Development (ISD) process and must have solid working knowledge of the Air Force's Bioenvironmental Engineering career field.
Essential Job Functions
Develop/maintain Career Development Courses (CDCs) and Qualification Training Packages (QTPs)
Apply the Instructional System Design (ISD) methodology (e.g., ADDIE) in the planning, application, design, and maintenance of formal training material
Identify the objective and knowledge levels in the Career Field Education and Training Plan/Specialist Training Standard (CFET/STS)
Design, review, and revise test items as necessary to meet objectives
Conduct course validation, testing, and feedback analysis
Collaborate with SMEs, instructional specialists, and leadership
Edit and format technical and educational documents to USAF standards
Provide training product development in support of additional courses, drafting or co-drafting materials.
Maintain training records and support administrative functions
Contribute to OEH-related training initiatives (Health Risk Assessment, BE response, etc.)
Analyze student feedback from end-of-course evaluations and field surveys
Qualifications
Minimum Position Requirements
Associate's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Preventative Medicine or a related field
4+ years of experience in Bioenvironmental Engineering or federal preventive medicine/public health
Instructional design experience developing training materials using ADDIE or competency-based education
Strong data analysis skills and experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Blackboard similar tools to identify and assess OEH data
Strong organizational skills and written/verbal communication and demonstrated experience communicating with Senior Air Force or DoD leaders
Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) required
