Prestashop PHP Developer

Development and support Prestashop and PHP based applications developed in house for the telecom operator.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

Strong development background in PHP Symfony, Prestashop

Undertadning about Eshop, Web portal, Web Selfcare telco applications

Comfortable with both object oriented and procedural programming methodologies.

Modifying existing code with new features available in current and future deployments of Prestashop

Familiarity with Prestashop themes, modules, and plugins.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Knowledge of Maria DB, MYSQL, Oracle Database

Efficiently handles tasks in a reasonable amount of time

Good attitude to learn

Software design (LLD) and development

Unit testing

Business Offer configuration and support for SIT, UAT

Software package creation, deployment procedure and release to production

L3 support post-production deployment

Education And Qualification

Bachelors Degree or above in computer science, Engineering or related field

Minimum of 5+ years of Experience in development

Good English oral and written communication skills

PHP and Prestashop - 3+ years experience, advanced level..

MySQL, Maria DB - 3+ years experience, advanced level.

Linux - 3+ years experience, advanced level

Extremely detail oriented and organized and able to meet deadlines

Able to solve complex problems and create optimized code

Training Required

Any relevant certifications in web development or e-commerce platforms are a pluss
