Requirements
Independent Contract Position
Must be in the United States of America: States excluded are California, Delware, Massachusetts, Louisiana, West Virginia, Wyoming, Vermont, and South Dakota.
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of remote customer service experience
2+ years of remote call center experience
Must be able to pass a background check
Windows computer required (No Mac or Chromebook)
High speed, hardwired internet (No wifi, satellite, or cellular)
Must have a USB, noise cancellation, hardwired headset (No bluetooth or wireless headset)
Quiet, professional workspace
Typing speed of 40 words per minute or more
Intermediate level of computer proficiency
Great communication skills
Able to follow instructions
Must be willing to complete a video voice assessment
