About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our team and take ownership of the ongoing maintenance, configuration, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders to support system changes, user management, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Administer day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of Salesforce.
Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to understand business needs and implement solutions.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
Maintain data integrity and perform regular data hygiene.
Manage sandbox environments and support user training and adoption.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, best practices, and new features.
Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, configuration, and functionality.
Experience with reports, dashboards, automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have (Preferred but Not Required)
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
Familiarity with third-party Salesforce integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, DocuSign).
Basic understanding of Apex or SOQL.
