The Student Recruitment and Enrollment Specialist works across the College of Arts and Sciences (ASC) with a focus on supporting undergraduate recruitment outreach. Working within ASC Marketing and Communications, and in close partnership with the ASC Office of Undergraduate Recruitment, the Student Recruitment and Enrollment Specialist provides outreach and support to the recruitment of prospective students and serves as a key member of the college undergraduate recruitment team. The Specialist will collaborate across units and multiple stakeholder groups to gather and share information that can be shared at recruitment presentations and recruitment events. They build and maintain relationships with communications peers within the college and across the university. They serve as an advocate for the university brand, editorial and style guidelines.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of relevant work experience related to admissions, student affairs in higher education, or student recruitment at a college or university. Demonstrated experience in creating and conducting presentations, superior verbal, oral, and written communications skills. Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Office and experience with Zoom. Experience involving public speaking to individuals from various backgrounds. Demonstrated experience implementing strategic thinking and planning. Fluency with Adobe's Creative Cloud.

Desired: Experience with Sales Force, HTML, Qualtrics and Content Manager Systems (CMS).

The College of Arts and Sciences is the largest college and the academic heart of the university. The College hosts 81 majors. The pay range for this job profile is $21.35 - $27.88. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, the unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
