The Digital Ad Operations Manager will lead the execution and management of all digital ad campaigns.

This position is responsible for properly setting up and trafficking all components of Caesars Digital Real Money Gaming ad campaigns via our ad server, maintaining a thorough QA process, and helping to create and maintain best practices.

This role will partner closely with key members of Growth Marketing, MarTech, Brand/Creative, Product, Analytics, 3rd Party Vendors + other Key Stakeholders with a primary focus of driving customers to our various Real Money Gaming apps.

This role will also be managing an analyst to help support Ad Operations.

What You Will be Doing: * Oversee and operate all ad serving operations for digital marketing campaigns.

* Oversee day-to-day logistics for trafficking, tagging, and implementation of ad campaigns * Liaise across Product, Creative, Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing and Analytics teams; prepare reporting and provide metrics on all trafficked campaigns.

* Collaborate with marketing stakeholders, legal, and vendor representatives on campaign objectives.

* Monitor all in-flight campaigns for proper serving, click-through action, and conversion events.

* Serve as the escalation point for troubleshooting, testing, and implementation of ad operations.

* Assist in the evaluation of new marketing technologies.

* Help facilitate communication between marketing and other cross-functional departments including MarTech, Engineering, Conversion and Analytics.

* Stay current on updates in the ever-evolving advertising and digital ecosystems.

What You Will Need: * Bachelor's degree (Preferably in business management, computer sciences, data management, or another related major) * 5+ years exposure to and understanding of the online advertising space * Must be proficient in ad server targeting methods and have previous ad operations experience * Experience using Google Campaign Manager (form.

DoubleClick), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, PowerBI * Hands-on experience around MMPs such as Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch, Kochava etc.

* Must be proficient with JavaScript, iFrame, and HTML coding as it relates to ad serving and pixel implementation * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage projects autonomously * Strong attention to detail * Experience with Rich Media and VAST files * Knowledge of coding of multiple click tags * Experience in a regulated industry preferred
