Job DescriptionAs a Senior Software Engineer, you will responsible for designing, developing and maintaining modern web applications. You will own the full stack, from building dynamic, responsive front-end interfaces to crafting scalable, high-performance backend services. You will leverage best practices and modern architectural patterns. You will play an active role in technical decision-making, problem-solving, and mentoring, ensuring high-quality, reliable solutions that meet user and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+.

Build dynamic and responsive web applications using Angular and TypeScript.

Participate in architectural discussions, influencing technology and design decisions to ensure robust and scalable solutions

Practice Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration to maintain code quality and system reliability.

Collaborate daily through practices like paired programming, code reviews, and team stand-ups.

Take ownership of application support and troubleshooting in production environments.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting strong engineering practices and professional growth.

Actively contribute to backlog refinement, iteration planning, and retrospective meetings.

Balance the use of new technologies with simple, maintainable solutions that serve customer needs.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

7+ years of professional experience developing full stack applications, primarily with C#, .NET and Angular technologies

Functional Skills

Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL Server) and ORM frameworks

Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is a plus

Deep knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns and best practices

Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results

Excellent communication, problem-solving ad collaboration skills

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely; however, candidates must reside in Mexico.
