Hiring two meat cutters (meat packing plant)

- Completion of secondary school is required.

- Completion of a college or other meat cutting training program, or meat cutting related experience is required.

- On-the-job training (Korean style meat cutting) will be provided for meat cutters.

- English is required for this position.

Main duties:

- Cut, trim and otherwise prepare standard cuts of meat and poultry for further cutting, processing or packing

- Remove bones from meat and poultry

- Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale use

-Remove skin, excess fat, bruises or other blemishes from carcasses or meat portions.

Working Condition:

- $21.00 per hour, 4% vacation fee of gross salary or 10 days paid vacation, extended health benefit (after three months of employment), and meal provided at work

- 40 hours per week (permanent & full-time position) including evening and weekend shifts
