Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative operations. This individual will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data related to recycling transactions, inventory, customer accounts, and operational logs. This role is vital in helping us ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update mattress recycling data into internal databases accurately and efficiently
Maintain and track records related to incoming and outgoing recycling loads
Process customer orders and verify invoice and payment information
Cross-check data from different departments for consistency
Generate basic reports and summaries for operations and compliance teams
Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies or incomplete information
Follow data privacy regulations and company confidentiality policies
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role
Strong attention to detail with excellent typing and data accuracy skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and data entry software
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Interest in sustainability or recycling a plus
