About You
Be able to do the job as described
Must have 2 years of true hospital Behavioral Health/Psych experience of like size (250 census).
Must have prior nurse manager or nursing leadership experience
Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
AZ or Compact RN license and BLS
Confidence managing staff performance, coaching teams, and driving process improvements
What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee day-to-day operations in the behavioral health unit
Lead onboarding, scheduling, and performance management for nursing staff
Ensure compliance with hospital standards, state board regulations, and safety protocols
Monitor and improve quality of care based on clinical outcomes
Manage infection control, medication protocols, and emergency preparedness procedures
