Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation

Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution

Track project performance using appropriate tools and report key milestones

Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies

Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels

Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures

Manage budget, procurement, and billing processes when applicable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s a plus)

3–7 years of project management experience (or more for senior roles)

PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certification preferred

Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana)

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams is a plus
