Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for a K-12 educational setting in Westerville, OH. This position is a contract role for the entire school year, providing vital speech and language support to students with diverse communication needs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grades K-12.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Provide direct therapy sessions in individual and group formats.
Qualifications:
Valid and current SLP certification with CCC credentials.
Experience working with school-aged children in a K-12 environment.
Knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work within a structured school calendar for the full school year contract.
