You'll play a central role in maintaining and developing strong client relationships, advising on a broad range of commercial risks, and supporting new business acquisition across a diverse portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied portfolio of commercial clients across sectors including property, retail, construction, manufacturing, and more.

Provide expert advice on a range of commercial insurance products including Property, Liability, Motor Fleet, PI, and D&O.

Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, new business quotations, and placement with insurers.

Liaise with underwriters to negotiate competitive terms and cover.

Support Account Executives with pre-renewal preparation and new business development.

Ensure compliance with FCA and internal policies at all times.

Identify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and adding value to clients.

What Were Looking For

Proven experience in commercial broking (minimum 23 years).

Solid knowledge of the commercial insurance market and products.

Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.

Detail-oriented with a high standard of accuracy in documentation.

Comfortable negotiating with insurers and confident in decision-making.

Cert CII or working towards is highly desirable.
