NOTE: This is an hourly skilled position. Local candidates preferred, as the company will not be providing relocation. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
Ensure that all equipment is safe to operate.
Build/rebuild control panels as for new or existing equipment.
Perform electrical installations as needed for new and existing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair any breakdowns on equipment, utilizing PLC Logic.
Immediate response to equipment failures.
Fabrication of items needed by the manufacturing areas.
Set up new equipment as needed.
Perform minor electrical troubleshooting.
Perform preventative maintenance as needed.
All positions are cross functional; may assist in other areas that management deems necessary. Requirements
Five (5) years minimum of experience working with machinery.
Must be familiar with stamping press controls. Panel Building and fabrication skills a plus.
Familiar with PLC controls a must, including ability to edit and modify
