Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the SUD treatment team (staff and interns) through clinical supervision, reviews, consultation, training and support to ensure compliance and program quality.
Communicate with Franklin County Probation Department and other referral sources.
Continuously review client annual documentation and treatment notes.
Evaluate individual and overall team performance on a regular basis.
Collaborate with the Director of Outpatient Clinical Services on caseload assignments, training, and staff productivity.
Actively monitor assigned supervisees performance goals and professional development in accordance with agency expectations.
Communicate respectfully to clients, providers, and staff.
Abides by and has knowledge of agency confidentiality policies and HIPAA rules.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
LICDC-S / LISW-S / LPCC-S
Experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
Experience with probation and criminal justice system
A leader who carries a compassionate and caring demeanor
Builds rapport with clients
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively, overcome challenges and empathize with others.
Valid driver’s license & insurance
