Position SummarY

Radiology Partners requires a versatile and high-performing individual to help drive and support key initiatives across corporate finance, including strategic initiatives, debt/equity raises, equity analysis, valuation, investor relations, board meetings, growth initiatives, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and ad hoc corporate finance projects. This position provides a unique opportunity for a high-performing, analytically inclined individual to apply and build their skills in a dynamic and entrepreneurial operating environment. The individual will be working across virtually all operational, financial and growth areas in the practice and will interact closely with senior leadership.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

Build and analyze detailed financial models, including full three-statement models

Prepare, review, and interpret financial statements and supporting schedules

Communicate key insights and strategic recommendations to management

Support planning, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives across the practice

Work efficiently with large datasets in Excel and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

3+ years of experience in investment banking, Big 4 accounting, management consulting, or corporate FP&A/development/strategy

Experience working in healthcare and with operations highly preferred

Experience in Workday Adaptive and OfficeConnect highly preferred

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field

Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP

Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with strong accounting knowledge

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
