Job Purpose
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for training and Sales education on how to read numbers and dashboards
Build and digitize new reports that fulfill the different audience need to have visible commercial data in different ways.
Revise all the sales reporting specialists' output & innovate /find digitization opportunities from the available manual reports.
Find analytics opportunities cross functionally with Data and Analytics team in the digital and technology team.
Explore DBB data gaps, enhance database, data cleansing, and data mapping between data coming from different systems’ integrations ( offline and online ordering,customers data, SEM data)
RTC grip and drivers' data preparation
OpCo Route to market slide and data update
Global submission for actuals weekly / quarterly on CIL reporting system
Price analysis & generate COMP vs ABC analysis per market /region & communicate with finance team
Responsible for price changes process and implementation in OpCo and communication to different stakeholders.
AB / NAB Prices dashboard update and enhancement
Opening any technical incident related to reporting issue to global on SNOW.
Responsible for any execution /sales reporting Adhok requests and output from reporting team.
Coaching sales reporting specialists’ capabilities and output enhancement
Responsible for sales reporting specialist’s development and identifies areas of improvement

Business administration Graduate
Years of Experience
4-5 Years min experience doing the same or similar in FMCG Organizations
