Position Overview:
Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is seeking a dynamic, self-driven Wellness Concierge to join our growing team in Gahanna. This is a client-facing role that blends hospitality, wellness education, and brand promotion. The ideal candidate will be a creative communicator with strong people skills and a passion for health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and guide them through their Prime IV experience
Provide information on IV hydration therapies, vitamin injections, and wellness packages
Lead and manage local social media content and campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to drive community engagement and growth
Collaborate with leadership to develop targeted marketing strategies for local awareness
Maintain facility cleanliness, manage scheduling, and coordinate client check-ins and check-outs
Monitor inventory, assist with product ordering, and communicate with vendors as needed
Support membership sales, promotions, and service education in a non-pressured environment
Serve as a brand ambassador both in clinic and during local outreach/pop-up events
Requirements:
Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
Strong social media skills and a creative eye for content creation and engagement
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced wellness setting
Must be self-led, reliable, and highly organized with attention to detail
Friendly, upbeat personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Interest or background in wellness, health, or beauty industries a plus
