DevOps Engineer

Hanover, MD

MUST:

Active TS/SCI is required

9+ years overall IT experience required

5+ years coding and scripting with common languages (Python, Shell, Bash, Java)

2+ years managing software development teams, Cyber or C4ISR systems

Experience with microservices Kubernetes and Docker containerization

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet)

Experience implementing Agile and DevSecOps methodologies

Proven experience with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Git and Jenkins)

Experience with security testing tools and techniques (e.g., SAST, DAST, IAST, RASP)

Certification in AWS DevOps Engineer, or similar AWS certification is a plus

DUTIES:

Serve as a DevOps Engineer

Automation design, coding, infrastructure deployment in an AWS Environment

Develop Continuous Integration / Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipelines

Instrument code to report relevant metrics

Build safe and efficient build processes

Create and maintaining automated microservice deployments to AWS environment

Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks

Support the DevOps pipeline to automate deployments to production

Participate in planning, coordinating, scheduling, and directing technical support for:

Migration of DevSecOps pipelines and microservices onto AWS

Participate in government oversight of contractor software development activities
