CNC Machinist Finishing Operator 2nd Shift

Job Description

Our client, a dynamic manufacturing company, is seeking a CNC Finishing Operator 2nd Shift to join their team. As a CNC Finishing Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting quality and efficiency in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work cooperatively with others, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Finishing Operator 2nd Shift

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay Range: Starting at $19/hour plus $1/hour shift premium after probationary period

What's the Job?

Operate machining centers and inspect for defects as castings are machined.

Operate assembly machines and utilize hand tools for various finishing tasks.

Sand, debur, grind, drill, and mill castings to ensure quality standards are met.

Perform quality checks using gauges and make minor machine adjustments as necessary.

Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

What's Needed?

Some prior manufacturing experience in a factory environment.

Willingness to learn and follow the directions of a supervisor.

Ability to work in varying temperatures and stand for extended periods.

Strong attention to quality and adherence to work instructions.

A positive attitude and regular, punctual attendance.
