Job Summary/Company:
Responsibilities:
Process payroll data, including managing external data loads and resolving processing errors.
Administer and monitor state tax accounts, creating periodic tax and garnishment files.
Provide technical assistance to payroll staff and support managers with timecard adjustments.
Handle employee pay discrepancy resolutions and maintain secure employee payroll records.
Assist with audits, prepare accounting reports, and support special projects with HR and management.
Oversee specific payroll processes and provide guidance to junior team members in the absence of the Payroll Manager.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Minimum of five years of experience in payroll processing, with at least two years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service.
Extensive knowledge of payroll practices, including federal and state compliance requirements.
Strong proficiency with automated payroll and timekeeping systems, with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
This job is Hybrid Remote.
Pay Range: Salary $70,000.00 to $78,000.00
