We are seeking a candidate for a full-time role for a Backend Developer (Python/Django). This role will run backend development projects and ensure the technical quality and delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

Must reside in DMV area and be in the Arlington, VA office at least 2 days a week

Must be a US Citizen, and be willing and able to get a government clearance if needed

3+ years of experience developing REST APIs in Python with the Django framework

2+ years of experience interacting with relational databases (Postgres preferred)

2+ years of experience with Docker and Docker Compose

Experience with AWS EKS and other AWS services considered an asset

Solid proficiency developing secure, performant, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions and designs for complex requirements

Strong understanding of software development principles

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Must be self motivated with a desire to work in a fast paced environment with a talented team of professionalsLocation: Arlington, VA - Hybrid
