WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
The Power Platform Developer designs, builds, and deploys innovative business solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform—Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio Agents. This role collaborates closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, develop custom applications, automate processes, and deliver data-driven insights. The developer ensures all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals, while seamlessly integrating with existing systems and data sources.
Once selected to join our team, you will:
Developing and Implementing Solutions: Designing and building applications using Power Apps, automating processes with Power Automate, and creating data visualizations and reports with Power BI.
Gathering Requirements: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications for Power Platform solutions.
Integrating Data: Connecting Power Platform solutions with various data sources, including databases, cloud services, and other applications.
Automating Workflows: Creating automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Ensuring Security and Compliance: Implementing security measures and following best practices to protect data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Providing Support and Training: Offering technical support and training to end-users on how to effectively use Power Platform solutions.
Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Collaborating with Teams: Working with other developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver successful Power Platform solutions.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identifying and resolving issues with existing Power Platform applications and ensuring they remain efficient and effective.
Perform other duties as assigned
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
KNOWLEDGE:
Deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including environment management and data connectors.
Solid grasp of APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
Knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and data integration best practices.
Familiarity with security protocols, data governance, and compliance requirements within enterprise environments.
Understanding of business processes and how to translate them into scalable technical solutions.
SKILLS:
Proficiency in building custom canvas and model-driven Power Apps.
Ability to create automated workflows using Power Automate.
Strong data visualization skills using Power BI.
Experience developing Copilot Studio Agents for advanced user interaction and automation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality solutions on time.
EXPERIENCE:
4+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio Agents.
Experience implementing ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) processes within the Power Platform.
Experience working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored business solutions.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are a plus.
