Full time – 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm

What you'll be doing
Effective and efficient food production in line with recipe sheets
Delivering breakfast and lunch to the client in a clean, tidy and professional manner
Set up and break down of lunch service
Full knowledge of all menu items served
Management of production to ensure minimal wastage
Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
Maintenance of food quality and brand standards
Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with Aramark requirements and identify any anomalies and incidents
Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists
Discussing ideas or improvements with line manager
Undertake relevant training as required
Experience
Relevant culinary qualification is desirable or experience in a similar role
Previous experience of working in a kitchen
Allergen awareness (i.e Natasha’s Law), full training will be given
Excellent team player and communicator
A confident chef and an excellent team player
