Stock Rotation/Transit Damage Coordinator Lead

Assemblix LLC is now looking for a TDSR Lead in our Plainfield,IN area.

Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm Pay rate is 23/ hour with 90 day probation period.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Stock Rotation/Transit Lead oversees the assessment of return units and maintains records of returns for credit.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicate with Management and Customer Team to prioritize needed information entry.

Assess damages on all return units.

Maintain information for returns in customer system for possible credits/charges.

Delegates priorities for replacement units needed to Repair Team.

Provides support for all claims filed by customer or Smart Team.

Assists in management of Repair area.
