Scholars Network works with health systems, colleges and universities, and strategic partners to bring health systems and higher education institutions together, providing students opportunities for educational loan repayment upon graduation and employment.
The Operations Manager, Scholars Network plays a critical role in aligning student recruitment efforts with Scholars Network’s mission and the evolving needs of our health system and higher education partners.
This role will lead the design and execution of internal systems and workflows, ensuring our team can scale efficiently while delivering exceptional service to students, universities, and healthcare employers.
As an Operations Manager, Scholars Network you will:
Support the Senior Director of Partnerships & Operations and lead the development of scalable systems and processes to transition the team from early-stage operations to a structured, growth-ready organization
Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure operational alignment and drive cross-functional process improvements
Manage and coordinate logistics for partnership launches, ensuring timely and smooth execution
Oversee day-to-day operations, including the maintenance of core documentation and systems critical to program success (e.g., census files, DocuSign, invoicing, and payment tracking)
Manage vendor relationships and tools (e.g., loan repayment processors, HRIS integration platforms), ensuring reliable service and effective integration with internal processes
This role will lead top-of-funnel sales efforts with health systems, working directly with the Senior Vice President to build relationships, generate demand, and convert interest into partnerships
As needed, represent Scholars Network at recruitment fairs and other external events, supporting top-of-funnel engagement with prospective partners and stakeholders
Perform other duties as assigned.
You have:
2-4 years of experience in higher education or healthcare
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership over results and team outcomes
Knowledge of healthcare education pathways, particularly nursing or allied health, is a plus
A Bachelor’s degree is required
Demonstrated experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing or outreach campaigns
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Comfort with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and marketing/reporting tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven team environment
You are able to travel ~10% of the time
