Highlights of your role

Take precise final measurements and adapt installation plans to meet site-specific needs and customer expectations.

Provide solutions for installation and service challenges with accuracy and professionalism.

Maintain a polished presence, staying punctual and detail-oriented with documentation and customer commitments.

Handle purchase orders and job costing with precision, ensuring timely and accurate materials procurement.

Stage materials in advance to keep every project installation-ready.

Be the on-site lead, setting expectations with homeowners and coordinating final walkthroughs.

Manage subcontractors, including recruiting and training crews to meet Infinity from Marvin standards.

Support and communicate with install teams, addressing unique job details and questions throughout the project.

Resolve issues quickly with a focus on customer satisfaction and high-quality results.

Lead final walkthroughs, ensuring homeowners are confident and happy with their new windows and doors.

Compensation

$70,000-$80,000

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

Have hands-on experience working directly with homeowners and resolving installation challenges on the fly.

Possess a solid understanding of construction documents, methods, and best practices in home improvement.

Thrive in dynamic environments and bring a positive, can-do attitude to shifting priorities.

Also want to make sure you have

Prior construction experience, ideally in window replacement or residential remodeling.

Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.

Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs., stand for extended periods, and confidently navigate ladders, stairs, and tight spaces.

Demonstrated experience measuring and installing replacement windows.
