Job Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing residential window and door replacement projects—from precise measurements through project completion. In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you’ll partner with the Project Manager to ensure each job runs smoothly, upholds our standards, and delivers a best-in-class homeowner experience.

Highlights of your role

Conduct on-site verifications and take final measurements for window and door replacements.

Engage with homeowners throughout the project, offering guidance and addressing concerns.

Collaborate with Project Managers, Sales, and Operations to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.

Submit accurate orders using OMS for production after confirming all project details.

Visit job sites during installation to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.

Provide service follow-ups and resolve issues with professionalism and care.

Support installation crews and sales reps by addressing technical and operational questions.

Ensure final inspections pass on the first go—and address any that don’t with urgency.

Compensation

$60,000 - $70,000

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Reliable, punctual, and organized—you manage your schedule and documentation like a pro.

Comfortable making decisions on-site and navigating project challenges with confidence.

A strong communicator who values collaboration and takes pride in a job well done.

Experience with replacement windows, preferred but not required.
