Position Overview

Infinity is seeking Systems Engineering support for Mission Delta 8 training programs. These systems engineering positions will provide technical expertise for SATCOM fundamentals, as well as Protected, Wideband, and/or Narrowband SATCOM training programs. This position will also support training activities such as curriculum development, training course execution, and administrative support tasks. These engineers will collaborate with contractor training specialists and Mission Delta 8 training experts to provide develop and provide mission training programs for 4 SOPS, 10 SOPS, and 53 SOPS MILSATCOM missions.

Primary Responsibilities

The Systems Engineer will play a critical role in supporting the overall training development and execution of programs for Mission Delta 8. The engineer will support tasks such as:

Provide technical expertise to ensure training materials are accurate and up to date with operations for each MILSATCOM mission.

Participate in training materials reviews and course evaluation.

Support mission scenario generation, execution, and evaluation.

Participate in training course execution to provide technical expertise.

Minimum Qualifications

Must have Bachelor's Degree +3-10 years of relevant Systems Engineering and/or MILSATCOM experience, will consider +4 years of experience in lieu of degree.

Self-motivated with an ability to collaborate positively in a team environment with people of different levels of experience and education and virtually in geographically dispersed locations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

Systems Engineering experience focused ion MILSATCOM programs.

Experience creating training materials and scenarios.

Previous operations certifications in 4, 10, or 53 SOPS.

Previous military instructor training certification.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
