Develops, organizes, and leads educational training programs and activities. Responsible for program coordination, recruitment, marketing, administrative support, and evaluation to ensure quality outcomes and optimize expected results.

Essential Functions:
Coordinates project timelines, deliverables, and manages project operations, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of results. Organizes meetings and schedules for project teams. Assists in preparing project reports and presentations.
Builds relationships with educational and academic institutions, trainees, and mentors to ensure high quality research experiences. Acts as a liaison between internal and external grant funding and student support agencies.
Creates and manages effective systems and processes to track and report programmatic metrics. Utilizes data to make improvements and track ongoing progress in meeting programmatic goals.
Assists with training grant preparation. Stays up to date on grant funding news and changes.
Ensures compliance with research protocols and regulations.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree required in a STEM, healthcare or related field.
Master’s degree, preferred.
Licensure Requirement:
Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy. Must pass motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications, and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.

Experience:
3 years of experience in science education, research or healthcare related field, required.
Experience teaching and leading students and student programming, preferred.
Experience with tracking data and reporting outcomes, preferred.
