About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing of all the financial operations of the individuals supported by our agency. The Account Manager workd closely with the Finance Director to complete assigned administrative functions. Your major responsibility is to ensure that all financial transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with state and federal regulations. You will work closely with other departments to ensure financial goals are met and the individual(s) are financially stable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in office management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in bank reconciliations, accrual-based accounting principles, and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee our individuals' financial transactions.
Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with state and federal regulations
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies on behalf of the individuals.
Monitor and analyze our individuals' financial performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Skills:
As an Account Manager, you will use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure that all financial transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with all state and federal regulations. You will also use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments and develop and implement financial strategies. Additionally, you will use your experience with financial software and systems to prepare financial reports and statements for management and external stakeholders. Your ability to lead and manage a team will also be essential in this role. Overall, your skills will be critical in ensuring the financial stability and success of our organization.
