MEAT PROCESSING

Looking for individuals to work in Meat Processing area, duties will include:

*Hand cutting skirt meat into fajita strips using electric wizard knives

*Running meat grinding machine or patty machine

*Weighing, packaging and boxing up product

*Will be working in a cold environment, with repetitive movements.

*Must be ok with working with raw meat and the elements that come with it (Smell, blood)

*Will be standing in one area for long periods at a time

*May be crossed trained in different areas of the department

*Must be dependable and able to work 6: 30am to 3: 30pm or 7: 00am to 3: 30pm

*Lift 60 LBS safely

*Bilingual a plus but not necessary

-Pass a Pre-Employment Screening

-Be able to stand on your feet all day
